- A new heritage. Tailored with a fitted silhouette that follows your natural curves. Style yours formally, tucked in with the KAPAS Wide Leg Pants or casually layered over a tank.
- Naturally breathable. Made with our signature Eucalyptus fibre that we perfected for its beautiful drape and airy feel.
- Individually crafted. Adornment comes in the subtlest form of tone-on-tone embroidery of Seribu Bunga flowers. It takes two weeks to craft and dye the fabric with plants, which is then cut and sewn individually by our Ibus in Bali just for you.
STORY
SERIBU BUNGA is a reminder for hope. The Jasmine flowers were once used by mothers to pass on the Batik tradition to their daughters. Today, they bloom once more in the homes of our Ibus. Each petal a bridge between the past, the present, and the future we're building together.

The fabric is very comfortable on my skin. The design is everlasting, and I feel elegantly looking instantly.
I love how this kebaya can be dressed down but also up depending on how I pair it! If I want to wear this kebaya for something more laidback, I'd pair it with a pair of shorts and it still works! But if I want to wear it for a more ceremonial or formal event, this kebaya still does wonders too! I especially love just how soft and airy the fabric feels on my skin, which feels like second skin. This piece is so precious, I'd wear it with extra care. Considering it's handmade by Ibus, I treat this piece the way I would treat an artwork – with extra care, fondness and appreciation.
Kapas Kebaya instantly becomes a favorite that I can dress up (as a kebaya) and down (as an outer). Its soft product is airy enough for tropical weather and sits perfectly on your body.
The piece I received was made by Ibu S. Aminah. Coincidentally, it is the same name as my great grandma!
