1. Head of Sales
Full-time | Based in SukkhaCitta HQ (Alam Sutera, Tangerang)
As Head of Sales, you’ll lead the team that brings our collections and values to life for our customers. You’ll oversee sales across our retail, online, wholesale, and events channels—ensuring every experience is seamless, thoughtful, and aligned with who we are.
This role is about building the systems and structure to help us grow—sustainably, ethically, and with purpose. From team leadership to inventory planning, from loyalty programs to wholesale partnerships—you’ll make sure our community feels seen, valued, and cared for at every step.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop the Sales & Operations team to meet sales goals for both online and offline channels.
- Develop annual sales strategy together with the leadership team, along with KPIs review.
- Manage the Operations of each sales channels, from inventory to systems and personnel.
- Design and ensure excellent customer experience through all channels.
- Oversee and refine the SukkhaCitta loyalty program.
- Lead the Merchandising team to ensure we have the right products at the right time.
- Lead and coordinate our wholesale expansion.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing as well as the Leadership Team to keep everything aligned and strategic.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in retail/fashion sales/business development.
- Experienced in managing budgets, KPIs, and team leadership in a fast paced environment.
- Has a strong grasp of sales funnels strategies to improve conversions.
- You want to grow with us long term. Changing lives take decades.
- You are independent and can work under pressure. Driven to find solutions, not get stuck in problems. Running a social enterprise is not for the faint hearted.
- Proven track record of leading successful, empowered teams.
- Indonesian national.

As Head of Marketing, you’ll lead how the world sees, feels, and connects with our brand. Your role is to build the system and strategy behind our voice—ensuring that every campaign, post, event, and partnership not only looks beautiful, but builds awareness, love, and loyalty for our mission.
You’ll work across digital, offline, and media channels to grow our community and deepen engagement, while guiding a small but passionate team toward one goal: making regenerative luxury the new standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead our brand storytelling across all channels: Social media, emails, press, events, in-store experience and more.
- Build and manage the marketing calendar, aligning between product launch, impact, and core SukkhaCitta pieces.
- Create campaigns and events that inspire and grow our loyal community base, online and offline.
- Collaborate with creatives, influencers, stylists and media to amplify our voice.
- Guide the marketing team, helping them grow and execute with world-class consistency and creativity.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales as well as the Leadership Team to keep everything aligned and strategic.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in retail/fashion marketing.
- Has led successful multi-channel campaigns, from digital to PR, activations to collaborations.
- Is deeply skilled in brand storytelling and narrative-building.
- Has a strong grasp of digital performance measurements, including organic, CRM, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Experieced in managing budgets, KPIs, and team leadership in a fast paced environment.
- Is strategic yet hands on. We are a small team with big dreams.
- You want to grow with us long term. Changing lives take decades.
- You are independent and can work under pressure. Driven to find solutions, not get stuck in problems. Running a social enterprise is not for the faint hearted.
