1. Head of Sales

Full-time | Based in SukkhaCitta HQ (Alam Sutera, Tangerang)

As Head of Sales, you’ll lead the team that brings our collections and values to life for our customers. You’ll oversee sales across our retail, online, wholesale, and events channels—ensuring every experience is seamless, thoughtful, and aligned with who we are.

This role is about building the systems and structure to help us grow—sustainably, ethically, and with purpose. From team leadership to inventory planning, from loyalty programs to wholesale partnerships—you’ll make sure our community feels seen, valued, and cared for at every step.


Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and develop the Sales & Operations team to meet sales goals for both online and offline channels.
  • Develop annual sales strategy together with the leadership team, along with KPIs review.
  • Manage the Operations of each sales channels, from inventory to systems and personnel.
  • Design and ensure excellent customer experience through all channels.
  • Oversee and refine the SukkhaCitta loyalty program.
  • Lead the Merchandising team to ensure we have the right products at the right time.
  • Lead and coordinate our wholesale expansion.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing as well as the Leadership Team to keep everything aligned and strategic.
  • Plan and implement high impact sales events.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail/fashion sales/business development.
  • Experienced in managing budgets, KPIs, and team leadership in a fast paced environment.
  • Has a strong grasp of sales funnels strategies to improve conversions.
  • You want to grow with us long term. Changing lives take decades.
  • You are independent and can work under pressure. Driven to find solutions, not get stuck in problems. Running a social enterprise is not for the faint hearted.
  • Proven track record of leading successful, empowered teams.
  • Indonesian national.
  • Preferably someone who owns a SukkhaCitta piece. We love working with believers.
