ANGKASA - Embroidered Throw
The elevated edition of our existing ANGKASA Throw. This time available in the soft and cool Eucalyptus sylk and organza for a nuanced and sheer look. The reimagined elegance in modern-day heritage fashion–all made by hand in Villages, not Factories.
WHY SHE'S SPECIAL
- Effortlessly elegant. Its modern square cut with relaxed fit creates a beautiful draped shape. Light and delicate, you'll long to wear her every day.
- Hand embroidery on the Organza material. Each star is sewn by hand by mothers in Indonesian Villages, not Factories.
- Naturally dyed. Colored without chemicals, your piece is dyed entirely with Indigo leaves. The black hue takes many years to master. Each takes 27-30x dips and 20 kgs of leaves to craft.
- The perfect gift. With complementary eco-giftwrapping.
Anti is 165 cm. She wears the Throws in All Size.
STORY
SINAR is a reminder to let your inner light shine. Our third ANGKASA series reinterprets the Javanese philosophy that has guided our Ibus for generations: Urip Iku Urup (We live to bring light). When we take up the courage to shine, we light a flame that together becomes bolder in brightness. Shining the path forward, for a future we believe in.

I call this piece the One since it can literally be styled so many ways. I turned it into a cape top for a concert fit, used it as an outer for a stroll around the city under tropical weather. Went on a 3-day overseas trip and this throw was a styling lifesaver!
It's everything you can think of. Unbutton it and it's a scarf, also a tube top. Grab some pins and boom! You have a tunic, flowy top, and drapey top. Wear it backward and you've got a cute low-back top. Dress it up or down — you choose!
SukkhaCitta's throws are the most versatile ever, and it's been a staple of mine ever since I got it.
SAKURA pieces are so meaningful, a meaningful reminder to cherish the beauty of each day. They're absolutely beautiful, gorgeous to wear in any occasions, from a sunny day with fresh breeze on the beach to candlelight dinner with loved ones.
