Behind the fabric

Panels of natural dye offcuts, collected and sorted by the Ibus over months, cut to one width and stitched by hand.

Raw cotton set against darker cloth. Two piles gathered from different harvests, each held back until there was enough of it. The composition works on contrast, and the eye moves where the Ibus in Rumah SukkhaCitta Bali decided it should.

    • Years, not wears. Combining classic tailoring and natural materials, this jacket is made to last and gets softer the more you wear it. An investment piece for your capsule wardrobe.
    • One of a kind. It takes two weeks to manually match and re-stitch the offcuts back together, which is then tailored individually by our Ibus in Bali just for you.

    That is how these pieces happen. Whatever is left at the end of a run, sorted into piles on the studio floor, cut and placed by hand until it looks right. Which means each one exists exactly once.
